While Lon Chaney Jr's Wolfman will always remain the classic and quintessential looking werewolf in my mind, Oliver Reed's version is without question the most awesome, fearsome and downright ferocious looking werewolf in movie history! His Wolfman is truly a breathtaking creation and a marvel to behold!

I truly love and admire the wonderful and inventive look of both these classic film monsters!

I think that Reed's wolf is more scary looking than Chaney's. But Chaney's wolfman image will always be the iconic one.

Just finished watching it for the first time - just ten minutes ago. An exceptional film with an exceptional Wolf-Man.

Yes, the werewolf makeup was really great. I wish we would've gotten to see more of it since it only appeared towards the end of the movie, but what little we did get to see of it was unforgettable.
