... was just laughable, especially for a Duke film. The defenders numbered no more than about 6 and there appeared an endless number of renegades who just unflinchingly lined themselves up and rode around the house to be shot. It was just a plain old turkey shoot and lacked any feeling of suspense.đ

shareThe stunt where a horse rider gets âshotâ and then pulls the reins hard to get the horse to lie down must have been repeated 25-30 times in this movie. Whoever directed the stunts just loved that move. It was performed several times where the rider didnât even have a weapon which only exaggerated how artificial it looked in the midst of the battles
