Did Indiana Jones copy from The Comancheros?

I saw it today for the first time and at around 10:00 minutes when John Wayne enters the sleeping room of Regret you see "the man with the hat" as shadow on the white wall and even the music reminds me on the Indiana Jones theme for a short moment.

Did you see it? Do you think the same?

PS: This posting is not to complain. I enjoyed this moment very much!
