Breakfast At Tiffany's Remake

Well, not really. I recently took my 6-year old daughter to New York for a vacation and saw all the traditional local landmarks. On our last day, we bought some sunglasses, fake pearls, a danish and I fixed her up to look like a mini Audrey. I showed her the elegant opening of the film and we decided to re-create the scene while we were there.

I think it was as fun for her as it was for the small crowd that gathered to take pictures of her. Tiffany's invited us inside and showed her Audrey's personal diamond. They gave her a Tiffany bag and showed us places where she could pose for pictures. They were so kind and made her feel like a princess.

She may not know the movie now but she will someday, and I know she will look back on our breakfast at Tiffany's with sweet memories. But you can't top Audrey. Hope you enjoy it! We had a fun Daddy/Daughter time making it.
