I need the music from this monstrosity

As I understand, it's all basically public domain cues and what not, but it's quite enjoyable and very "classic monster movie" music. I just KNOW I've heard it before in other films, but I can't exactly place it, and would greatly appreciate anybody who has any clue on how I can get my hands on this film's (and possibly other public domain film's) music cues.
