Released as a Blu-ray by the Karel Zeman museum in December of 2016

The Karel Zeman museum of Czechoslovakia has just released a newly restored Blu-ray of BARON PRASIL (aka THE FABULOUS BARON MUNCHAUSEN). At the end of 2015, they released a remastered Blu-ray of Zeman's THE FABULOUS WORLD OF JULES VERNE. This is a continuing project to restore Zeman's films from their original Czech negatives. Presumably, the next film to get the deluxe Blu-ray treatment will be Zeman's JOURNEY TO THE BEGINNING OF TIME.
