I could be wrong but I am almost positive that the toymakers machine is Willy Wonka's everlasting gobstopper machine. They look and move identical, with the exception that wonka's is covered. Watch BiTL and then watch WW and compare.

No, it's not the same machine. Wonka's machine had a part that was semi-circular, and didn't have the round part above the conveyor belt where the gobstoppers came out.
