John Dall, the perfect villain for this movie

John Dall just seems to have been the perfect choice to play the villain of this movie. He just radiates menace. Of course I saw him in Rope by Hitchcock so I might be biased in his favor a bit but he just seems to give off an aura of evil when he plays a villain.

He's great in "Gun Crazy," where he plays a sympathetic hero.

This guy is camp ( sort of like The Joker on Batman ( TV Series NOT Jack Nicholson or Heath Ledger)). In order to be menacing you have to be convincing. This guy is nothing of the kind.
