HAZEL'S SECRET WISH where she's at the resort hotel is my favorite episode. When the other women snub her after learning she's a maid the wealthiest classiest lady, Mrs' Forbes-Craigy, befriends her. When Hazel smiles and says "Mrs' Forbes-Craigy, you're a doozy!" it's indeed a most heart warming moment.

The 1st season (b&w) episodes have a few of these sentimental, lump in the throat type episodes. Much more so than the other seasons. In some of them you feel a little sorry for Hazel. I believe Shirley won an Emmy for the 1st season.
