Name that star

I just bought the first season of the Defenders. The fun part of watching the episodes is recognizing all the stars that became famous during and after this series. They list the credits at the end of each episode, but as I work out on my treadmill I yell out..oh, that's so and so(LOL). During one episode titled" The Attack" I recognized Richard Kiley, Barbara Barrie, Michael Constantine, Nancy Marshand, J.D. Cannon(from McCloud) and a very young Martin Sheen. I saw this show when it first aired in 1961...love the NYC scenes..was born in Manhattan and lived on the Lower East Side from 1943-1953 before moving to The Bronx. I wish they would show some scenes uptown. I worked on Broadway and 39th Street in 1961..would be shocked if I were in some of the scenes on my lunch hour(LOL).

Don’t know if this counts or not, but I was just looking at the Studio One production of “The Defender” (included on the last disc of the Season 1 set as an extra) and there was a woman shown within the first few minutes who (at least to my eye) looked a little like Dorothy Parker! I’m reasonably sure it wasn’t her, but still… 

I'm only up to disc 4 but will come back when I finish watching the series. Here's hoping that they release all the seasons on DVD.

I figured I'd start at the beginning first - which nowadays is most often included in the "Special Features" section at the end. 
