Remember when the Captain went on vacation and asked Gunther to take care of his beloved Bebe? The bird did not talk and Gunther wanted to impress Capt. Block by teaching Bebe to talk. He bought a record that said: Bye-Bye Mommy, Bye-bye-Daddy! He played it all of the time. The Toody's had a bridge game and they started to bid 3 bye-bye mommies and 2 bye-bye-daddies! That was enough to make me scream ! But when Gunther got fed-up and screamed " I hate Capt.Block" and Bebe started to repeat that, I just rolled on the floor laughing !

I agree - that was my favorite episode. I thought it was the funniest episode they ever did. This was a very good show and I wouldn't mind seeing them put it back on again.

lOL! Was that Mel Blanc as the bird (very highly unlikely as this was shot in New York.):)
