Any Pictures of the Parade Sweeper Man?

I use to watch this show a lot and I remember that one of the interludes there was a parade and at the end there would be a white guy with a mustache who swept all the confetti up.

I am having a hard time finding pictures of that character and it would be great to have some. I want to dress up for him on Halloween!

I HAVE A TIMELY ANSWER FOR - wait, what month is this?

Anyway the show used to be on Hulu, you could have screengrabbed to your heart's content but I'm checking just now and THEY PULLED IT OFF HULU.

So, um, just forget I said anything.

After all the animals that went by, I think he'd be sweeping up a lot more than confetti!!!
