personality changes in BC and MKIA

I've noticed that in Bullwinkles Corner and Mr. Know-It-All that Boris regularly outsmarts Bullwinkle, the opposite of what he did in the regular Rocky and Bullwinkle segments, and in Mr. Know-it-All, Rocky seems like he's less smart than Bullwinkle (not too much, but he seems to ask Bullwinkle the questions, and seems oblivious to some things that Bullwinkle seems to know).
