Elephant Tank

I have a question about a cartoon: my brother and I remember a character
from the Rocky and Bullwinkle show, but cannot place his name. He
drove an elephant tank and seemed to be some sort of adventurer. Can anyone help?

Sure you're not thinking of George of the Jungle? It was the sequel to Bullwinkle.
