Must be one of those new 60-watt bulbs

I remember a cartoon sequence, and I think it was in a Rocky and Bullwinkle episode, that involved one of the characters (was it a squirrel?) moving into a lighthouse. Switching on the powerful lighthouse lamp, the character said, "Must be one of those new 60-watt bulbs." It has stayed with me for years. Does anyone else remember this? Was it from Rocky and Bullwinkle and, if so, which episode?
