Ep by ep; Take me to your leader

A great premise although personally I think the villain is relatively easy to spot, especially like Steed's speech to Tara 'YOU woman!', once again Steed with a gun? Love the stuff with the wonderdog and the jacket key is a terrific idea. Tara's ingenuity in escaping the tomb trap is brilliant too.

This was a cat and mouse chase episode, but The Avengers makes it fun. I loved Steed with the little girl and how she swindled and conned him very funny. And the teacher who hates kids. That whole bit was great. It was a good twist with Tara getting the decoy case and trapped in the tomb and her clever escape. Tara also shows guys in the karate fight. Good insight into Steed and Mother's relationship where Steed doesn't even question or doubt Mother's innocence. Overall, a good romp with Steed and Tara and again nice to see some on location work. Tara pretty much wears the same outfit throughout, and would have been nice to see her in a few other things.

It was supposed to say Tara showed guts in the karate fight.

Also forgot to mention, you can quite obviously see Linda Thorson's stunt double in the fight with the dance teacher and in the karate fight. You see the stunt doubles face quite clearly and up close which is a little surprising, as you think they would have tried to hide that.

Also, yes Steed again with a gun. Although Patrick Macnee was proud that he never carried a gun, that is mostly legend, as Steed especially in the Cathy Gake years, sometimes used a gun.

Ah yes, British national treasure Penelope Keith as the dance teacher, classic.
