Photo - Petain?

Near the start, when Turandot's having his bar renovated, some guys take down a screen and behind it there's a black-and-white photo of a white-haired man in uniform. I think this is Marshall Philippe Petain - can anyone confirm this? (Or if I'm wrong tell me who it really is?)
