It's Tomorrow is Forever. The poster in the film is in rough shape and the title is not visible, but we see most of the tagline - "THE GREAT DRAMA OF OUR TIME". If undamaged, it probably would have looked something like this - http://images.moviepostershop.com/tomorrow-is-forever-movie-poster-1946-1010530868.jpg
The woman is Claudette Colbert, the guy with the Clark Gable mustache is George Brent and the babyface guy on the left is Orson Welles. Since Tomorrow is Forever was released in 1946, I think we can definitely say this is a gaffe. Interestingly, since Wild River was released in 1960, it's doubtful that this would have been a current movie poster when they were shooting. So I guess they either intentionally included it or it was actually on the gas station's wall, unremoved (but damaged) in the 14 year gap between the films.
