In the updated version, at the very end when the old man is finshed with his story, Jorge Garcia (plays Hurley on "Lost") is one people laughing at him. It doesn't even show up on JG's movie credits.

If you look at my original posting, you'll see that I mentioned an updated version. The original movie was apparently re-edited with a new beginning and ending to include the main character as a much older version of the Jack Nicolson character telling his story to a younger race car driver, in a bar, as a cautionary tale. At the end a bunch of patrons at the bar, including Jorge Garcia (Hurley), are mocking the old man and his “sob story”. Just check the alternate versions link of that movie:
