Which DVD release out there has the best quality picture & sound?

The 2011 Elvira "Movie Macabre" version has bad picture and sound so I am looking for a better one. Also, her commentary was grating and patronizing. I liked it better when she appeared ONLY at the beginning and end of the films she presented, which I thought was the case with Tormented.
