Alan Young R.I.P.

The first time I saw Alan Young... I was a little boy of nine years old who with my friends hid in the movie theater after a kiddie matinee to watch The Time Machine in 1960. I always enjoyed his work ever since.

I wish I could have seen this when it came out. Too bad it took me 7 more years to get here. Great film and what an awesome job by Mr Young. He will live on in this masterpiece.

This remains my favorite Alan Young role. Such a great talent. Glad he was with us for so long.

Good actor - and what an innings - 96!

I met Alan Young in 2006. Just as you might expect from this movie and "Mr Ed", Alan seemed a really lovely gentleman.

Although he had a "good innings", the world is diminished now Alan Young has left it.

reply

You're very lucky to have met a real gentleman.

R.I.P. Mr. Young.

The Time Machine is one of my favorite movies.

reply

I liked him on Mr. Ed. My condolences to his family.

Laugh while you can, Monkey Boy!
