Scenes much more than any other part. Alan Young's performance was easily the best thing about this movie.
The future story was very predictable and to be honest boring/anticlimactic. The effects were excellent.
Liked Rod Taylor's performance in The Birds much better.
Alan Young came across as quite charming. He's one of my favorite aspects of this film as well. The scenes set in the Victorian period are my favorites (which, I suppose, is ironic, considering it's a time travel film).
shareThe distant future was interesting, but also enjoyed the Victorian scenes more. The 1966 nuclear war segment was also good and quite topical for 1960.
