Why on earth isn't this on VHS and/or DVD???? An outstanding
movie like this.......
The BEST cast and Photography & story deserves to be seen
by everyone not just when a TV station deems it!!!!

It IS on DVD - anamorphic widescreen Region 4 (Australia) and may be ordered on Amazon.com

There's also a DVD version made available in the UK earlier this year - and I think it's a region 0 release.

The PAL disc is not encrypted, you can make an NTSC copy if you put the PAL disc in a region free player, hook it up to an NTSC DVD recorder, and play the film while recording it. Viola! a nice NTSC conversion of this fine film.

FYI... you still can in July 2013.. I just did.

This is not a place to advertise, so I won't give full details, but if, on ioffer you search Sons & Lovers or silver-screen (not the full seller name), you should get there. I got this and two others at a reasonable price, and good service.
