Correction to 'goofs'

I've just submitted a request to IMDb to remove the alleged continuity goof listed for "Sons and Lovers." The card game that Paul and Clara play in the film is cribbage. The point of cribbage is to set four cards aside into a secondary hand (for the dealer) known as a "crib." Usually, the two players will be dealt six cards, and they will remove two cards and add them to a crib. In "Sons and Lovers," however, Paul and Clara play a variation in which they each receive five cards and then two extra cards are automatically set aside for the crib. (Presumably, each one will then remove their least usable card and add it to the crib -- making the necessary four-card crib.) Therefore, this is not a continuity goof, but rather an accurate reflection of how cribbage is played.

Sorry to be so pedantic, but I thought I should leave a record of my correction for the person who originally submitted the goof and anyone else who might be interested.

By the way, cribbage is a pretty cool game -- as far as two-hand card games go.

Thank you. I would have never noticed, but I do notice other things from other movies. I guess only experts know for certain.
