Either way they're both British New Wave from the early sixties so if you like one you'll probably like the other.

I always start humming 'Rusholme Ruffians' to meself whenever I watch the scene where Brenda and Art go on the Speedway ('Last night of the fair/and the grease in the hair/of the Speedway operator/is all a tremulous heart requires').
