Embarrassing entry in Taylor's Resumé

Egregiously bad, perhaps the campiest Sword and Sandal movie ever made! Hammy American dialogue ... simplistic, obvious notion has Amazonian rivals for the "Queendom" needing to secure something called the "Sacred Girdle". Rod Taylor's campy "Chic Greek" in absolute stark relief to his customary high-adventure "man's man" screen persona. Absurdity reaches its culmination with a "Cowboys and Indians" covered wagon attack on the Amazons! Ludicrous! Acting honours in the film goes to the parrot!
