Coming to US DVD/Blu-ray on November 8, 2016!

A new distribution company, Cinelicious Pics, is preparing a 4K restoration of PRIVATE PROPERTY. It will play in the upcoming April, 2016 TCM Classic Film Festival, and is then planned for a wider release in a Blu-ray/DVD combo pack on October 25, 2016 (apparently delayed from October 11th).

The film disappeared after its brief art house engagements in 1960 and January of 1961, and remained unavailable until a UCLA restoration in 2015.

UPDATE: The film will be released as a combo set with both DVD and Blu-ray copies included!

The street date has been delayed twice. It is now expected on November 8th, 2016.
