Does anyone know if it's possible to watch this film online anywhere? If not, does anyone know of any copies released in the UK? I'm really desperate to get hold of a copy so i can reference it in my dissertation. Any pointers would be appreciated.

A few of us watched it recently. I believe someone was able to rent a copy from Netflix.com. It's a decent documentary (an interesting look at how mass media was first relevant in a presidential campaign), but a bit slow-moving for my taste; don't expect a black-and-white "Journeys with George."

shareIt's out today on Criterion Blu-ray, along with other Robert Drew JFK films "Adventures of the New Frontier", "Crisis: A Presidential Committment", and "Faces of November".
IMO, the best of all these films is "Crisis", which I find quite fascinating. It's like watching history unfold before your eyes.
