Anyone ever hear Bing Crosby's version of 'never on Sunday'?

I know it's the english translation of this but this is s great song well supported with his voice and melodic string in the background. If your a fan of the song just listen to his version it's worth it.

Was there a song written in the twentieth century and before Crosby's death that he did not have a version of?

Actually agoreski, the English version that Crosby sings is NOT the English translation. The song is actually "The Children of Piraeus." Never on Sunday is just the title of the movie.

Sangsue,

Well, someone should tell the Academy, because the song "Never On Sunday" was the one which won the Best Original Song at the Oscars in 1960.

There was a version done by the Chordettes, not a direct translation, that was a hit here. And it's way better than Crosby's version. Not really a guy's song.
