This is way too obvious to be accidental. At 38:21 into the movie, she swings both legs over a typewriter case while sitting on the desk. I couldn't've been the only one to notice this, and lo-and-behold:

Total surprise, and incredibly, David Niven does a fantastic job of not looking (or noticing) at all.
First off its a very bad photo, small file as one tries to enlarge u loss detail
so it's very hard to see.
Now Didi Conn's pubic hairs in the "Look at Me I'm Sandra Dee" number are very clear
and for more then just a second. In GREASE
