May I Say About Miss Day

That she is one of the most underrated performers ever? It's because she makes it look easy. And what a wonderful speaking voice! Even when she's at her wit's end, she is lilting to the ears.

And she's not so much appreciated as a vocalist these days. Beautiful control, color, emotion and clarity. And the discipline of her breaths. Wow. It is too bad she never did concert tours.

Yes, I know she was top box office five years straight and sold millions of records, but I don't think she gets her due critically and from her profession. Comedy, drama, musicals... she could do it all and seem real and interesting everytime.
