Want to buy the video or DVD of 'Once More, with Feeling'

I, too, would like to own a copy of this film, preferably on DVD. According to the text attached to IMDB's description of the film, it is, unfortunately, not available in the U.S. It does show up occasionally on one of the cable/satellite channels where you could copy it. I have my TIVO box set up to capture it if it shows up. I live, by the way, on Whidbey Island, in Washington state.

I would like to buy it, too. I have been telling my daughters about this movie for years. Now, I'm telling my grandkids. It's such a good movie. I keep hoping it will become available on DVD. What about in Europe? Is it available there?

I just watched the movie last night on TCM and totally enjoyed it. I love Yul Brynner and thought he was so funny in this. I would like to find the video myself - I'm hoping to see it at Borders here in Atlanta.

While we can't buy a copy (as of yet), we can certainly tape it when it is shown on TV. The next broadcast, according to the TCM schedule, is Friday, January 19 at 1:30 p.m. (Central Time) on Turner Classic Movies. Good luck!

So I guess a regular retail DVD isn't enough, eh? You want something rare, like an OOP Criterion DVD which goes for 100 bucks on eBay in exchange for something which costs you 2 bucks to make, right? Go somewhere else to rip off people.

For all of you would like to get a print of ONCE MORE, WITH FEELING, I managed to purchase a few VHS tapes two years ago. The quality of the tapes is pretty good (though far from great--but quite enjoyable nonetheless). If you are interested, simply check my listings on IOffer.com (where I use the ID of Scottie88). It's a truly wonderful movie, and I cannot understand why Columbia Pictures has never released it to home video. Kay Kendall is absolutely sublime!

I would like a better copy of this film but I recorded on a VHS after watching the movie on Turner Classic Movie Channel. I hope they have DVD of this with extras and some commentaries added in.
