It shows on TCM this a.m., but not for several hundred seconds from now

Still, I will wait, since I have no video recording capability.

I recently caught it on TCM. I like catching the rarely shown films that TCM will occasionally air. This one was pretty good...I was on the fence about getting DVR. Glad I did, it's worth it. That's I how I watched this thriller.

Yes, TCM usually shows the same tired stuff in prime time. I liked this movie OK but the acting was too stilted and of course, it was tame due to the censorship of the day, so what happened to the perpetrator was pretty convenient and forced for the purpose of some sort of "justice." However, the whole movie would have been laughable if typically puritan Americans had made it.

Typical puritan Americans wouldn't have made it. Unless you consider all Americans to be "typical puritans"?

America is still very socially conservative in public, except for violence. Americans LOVE their violence. Not surprising, since Congress spreads violence anywhere in the world where there is a profit to be made.

And other countries don't do this...how?

I DVR'd it. Watching it now for the first time.
