are all DVD releases of this Sophia Loren movie in poor quality?

I got this on DVD a year or two ago, and checked it out again the other day, i remember there were about 3 diffrent DVD releases of this movie to chose from back when i got this. maybe there are more now. anyway, the quality on the one i got was pretty bad. The one i have has a green cover, with Sophia Loren and Peter Sellers on the cover, and with dollar bills flying around.

outside is warm air, and "Frosty The Snowman" is nowhere to be found,
it's 07 december, and the fall hasn't gone,
i don't need heavy clothing, and no gloves or long-johns on,
i see the snow melting, and the hard ice too,
i see the world falling apart, for me and you,
the weather cat told me, "there are dramatic changes,
record after record, of things that hasn't happend in ages",
the sun shines throw the water dripping trees,
everything is melting as far as the eye can see,
and there is a funny atmosphere in the daylight,
things are changing, and we're losing our own fight.
