Magnificent Seven

(Some of this may sound familiar to older members, in that it repeats much of what a wrote in a similar--now deleted--thread years ago.)

It isn't specified, but I think it's safe to say the 1880s, and I would guess the mid-1880s. Clues are that Chris and Vin state that Dodge City and Tombstone have grown dull, as if this occurred in the recent past. By the 1890s Dodge and Tombstone had long settled into being peaceful villages, their boom years having long past.

Some have tried to date the events going by the guns, but movies often doesn't match the firearms to the decade.
