DISCONTINUED by Warner Archives as of Sept. 2010

This is a first, as far as I know -- the Warner Archive DVD-R series has discontinued Ice Palace, the first and only title in the Archives that I've heard of them discontinuing. Since the Archives' discs are made on demand, why has this film been withdrawn? I know of no other cases -- yet -- where this has happened, but it is not a comforting occurrence. I hope there was some specific reason germane solely to IP that's caused the film to be withdrawn, and that this is not part of some broader policy by Warner to begin pulling titles from the series, one of the best things they've done. And, of course, I hope that at some point, Ice Palace becomes available once more. But what is going on?
