What's that they're drinking?

In the scene after the basketball game ("State vs. N. Carolina), they're in a restaurant about to order some burgers and they drink some white stuff that came out of a dark brown (wooden?) decanter. What is it? I looked good!

some milk drink. i think its some sort of lassi.

I watched this last night...they were drinking Goats' milk.
