surrender speach

i just watched this movie again for the first time in 30 years. it is a great movie. i remember as a kid that i could not "watch" the scene where david jansen gets the machete.

anyway, does any any one know what the jap general told his troops to make them surrender to one man. it was a long speech, i wish they had subtittled
