Plight Of The Japanese Americans

America really screwed over it's Japanese citizens during WW2 ... and I hate the fact that some try to sugar coat and even justify their horrible treatment. Imagine being in their place. Thus said I was glad to see this discussed ... albeit lightly (happy Dad lost his home but he gets to work in the fields)in this film.

This is a subject that American film has pretty much ignored ... sans the film American Pastime. Can you think of any other films were this subject is addressed?

Not specifically, no. But I find it racist and amusing that Germans actually did what the Japanese were accused of. Lets see a film about German-American turncoats and spies.

Well they have dark skin and dark hair and different body shapes ... so they obviously ...

A film about German American traitors/ turncoats would be great. There is one I can think of ... Confessions Of A Nazi Spy ... check it out
