Are you having a laugh?Okay it`s not a good start but although initially expecting a war film ,and the opening scenes are very good,it`s a reasonably entertaining thriller with quite a bit of plot to digest.

Yes, quite odd to make a silly and obvious error. I spent to some time thinking I'd got something wrong and we were looking at post war rebels.. sort of Malaya or something .. But no, it clearly says Burma, and no confusion, the 'bad guys' are Japanese Imperial Army. I wonder if the implication was supposed to be one of those apocraphal tales of Japanese units lost, forgotten, who refused to accept the war was over?

Expect you may know the story about a Japanese soldier who emerged from the jungle in 1974, still wearing his uniform and carrying his rifle!

I bet you had big hair with huge sideburns,flowery shirt and orange wallpaper!I was only a little nipper although remember the power cuts and the house was always bloody freezing!
