Long delay before initial British cinema release.

Filmed in the summer of 1960 at Elstree Studios in England under the title "The Star and The Cross", for some reason, it lay on the shelf for three years after completion and didn't get a British cinema release until it finally went out on the ABC circuit in 1963 as the supporting film to the Tony Hancock comedy "The Punch and Judy Man", by which time the title had been changed to "Hand in Hand".
