References to 'Mr. Allison'?

After watching this film for the first time today, I noticed a bunch of possible references to Heaven Knows Mr Allison. Here's what I noticed:

1. The 'ma'am' bit when Mitchum first walks in the room (though that might be too vague to be intentional)
2. When they were making guesses about each other, Kerr guesses that Mitchum was, "A Marine in the war"
3. At the end, they talk about the daughter's doll named Angela, who says a prayer when wound up

Anyway, I was curious if all the references I saw to the other film were deliberate or my imagination. I cracked up the minute I heard each of them, since HKMA is one of my favorites. Did anyone see or hear any other ones?
