Leaving Cary Gant for Robert Mitchum? How was that even considered as an option?

My sentiments exactly! I do get Robert Mitchum, as a hunk of sexiness.....but I just don't get her being knocked off her feet over him! Was she just a bored somewhat royal housewife.....tired of the missionary position so to speak!

Well, let's just say that Robert Mitchum is the coolest motherf-cker in the history of cinema.

Generally though I guess I can see the OP's point, even though Grant was already getting a little long in the tooth by 1960...
