Yes, it's low-budget, badly-acted and he thought it was a turkey but
Gangster Story certainly has a low-key charm and Walter Matthau can
make any movie enjoyable.

Treat it as an SCTV spoof of old crime movies and you'll have fun
watching 'Gangster Story'.
