Dumb Cops! (Spoiler)

Matthau tells the cops he's shooting a bank robbery scene in the bank, the cops lookin' in.. And there are NO CAMERAS around. Hard to shoot a movie w/out cameras. (UPDATE... I've revisited the movie today-A year later, and realized that it was a REHEARSAL. Therefore that would be a decent reason why they're no cameras.)
Anyway, it was fun lookin' @ old Anaheim. I grew up in Huntington Beach, but I spent lots of time in Anaheim... (Disneyland is there)
Another dumb question... This film is SO obviously taking place on the west coast... What's with the Twin Towers on the DVD packaging?
This film is on par with Ed Wood's "Jail Bait"... But for what it's worth, it's not bad.

I noticed that too, but it sorta fits, doesn't it? The film is such a screw up, so why not indicate the wrong coast? Fun movie!

Not only are the Twin Towers on the packaging, but the photo of Matthau is from over ten years after "Gangster Story" was filmed -- he looks older, and he's wearing a moustache(which he never wears in Gangster Story.) I am guessing that the photo is from Plaza Suite(1971), in which he played three characters, one with a moustache.
