Opening Title Credits

Does anyone remember how the film's the film's opening title credits? I'm thinking of a film which opens with the the characters and credits in which the head shots of the of the actors are portrayed as reflections in mirrors or picture portraits under glass which are then cracked or broken. Was that this film or am I remembering another film?
