DVD??

Anyone have any idea if this is headed for release? This is a great western in my book. A bit on the short side but straight to the point. Scott was superb in this roll and the rest of the cast was a great compliment. I'm a huge "Duke" fan but Scott and this story rivals most of Wayne's best. It's a bit of a shame Boddicker didn't do much after this, but Scott sure finished on a good note.

So many of Budd's great films deserve DVD releases.

This is one of my favorite RS westerns but doesn't seem to be available on dvd but I sure am hoping it will be, along with Ride Lonesome.

The box set that was released late last year contains 5 of the Randolph Scott westerns including this one.

The box set is excellent. Each film is on a seperate disc with special features and commentary. Clint Eastwood does the commentary on Commanche station.

The Tall T
Ride Lonesome
Buchanon rides alone
Decision at sundown
Commanche station

This boxed set is one of the best things i have bought in a while. Best western DVD set you can just about buy. I own a John Wayne-John ford set that has 3 westerns on it. The Anthonhy Mann-James Stewart westerns will never be released as a set because they are not all from the same studio.

Actually Taylor Hackford does the commentary on Comanche Station and Eastwood does an introduction featurette.
