Same sequence used as in Circus of Fear

I first bought Circus of Horrors (1960)and enjoyed it a lot. Later, I bought Circus of Fear (1966) and noticed that the same circus turns, or acts, were used. Has anybody else noticed this? I thought for a minute, I'd doubled up on my DVDs! LOL
