Here's an idea

After the first couple of women were killed why didn't the rest of the women get the hint and just not say anything about wanting to leave and instead just leave in the night or something like that? Would have solved alot of problems.

Good point, but all too often in the real world, women tell their husband, boyfriend, or others that they're going to leave when they should just make their plans privately and leave without notice. Women are often killed in the real world when they announce they're going to leave.

I was saying that very same thing to my wife when the film was on TCM this week.

But then you wouldn't have a film story

I also wondered why a plastic surgeon on the run wouldn't just go into hiding rather than running a high-profile circus in various towns. But again, there wouldn't be a story.

Ever hear of hide in plain sight and besides he didn't look like the guy who was wanted?

If you want to watch a literal film don't pick one called Circus of horrors...

Mad,Bad And Dangerous To Know...

At least Nicole Vanet (met the doctor as a child) and Melina (she was new) could claim ignorance about what was going on. Magda von Meck and Elissa Caro should have known to just keep their mouths shut and make plans on the down low.

After Magda finished training Nicole to take over her role, she should have just left with her fiance. She could send for her junk later. Screw the last show. What was Dr. Schuler going to do? Fire her?

Elissa was a stupid little guttersnipe. Shouldn't have made threats until she had a way to back them up or escape.

No two persons ever watch the same movie.
