Cape Kennedy Monsters?

I remember seeing this movie as a kid on local TV back in the early and mid 1960s, and seem to recall that the movie was briefly renamed Cape Kennedy Monsters after the cape was renamed following the JFK assassination. Does anyone else remember that?
